Terms of Digital Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your access to the PortaAnatolia Digital ecosystem. By engaging with our cloud integration workflows and analytics platforms, you enter into a binding agreement designed to protect intellectual property and ensure system stability.
Last Revised: February 14, 2026
01. Authorized Access
Use of our cloud integration tools is restricted to entities that meet our security protocol standards. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities occurring under their sub-domains.
02. Data Sovereignty
While we provide the data automation infrastructure, the ownership of primary data remains with the client. PortaAnatolia Digital reserves a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for the purpose of generating requested analytics.
03. Protocol Adherence
Users must not circumvent any security measures or API rate limits. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary analytics platforms results in immediate termination of the service agreement and potential legal remediation.
# Intellectual Property Clause
The "PortaAnatolia" brand, source code for custom automation scripts, and distinctive UI elements of our analytics platforms are the sole property of PortaAnatolia Digital. Users are granted a revocable, non-transferable right to access these services for internal business operations only.
# Service Availability & Latency
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not provide guarantees regarding instantaneous synchronization across all multi-cloud environments. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the primary administrative email 48 hours in advance.
# Third-Party API Reliance
Our cloud integration middleware relies on third-party providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). We are not responsible for service degradations caused by disruptions in these external ecosystems or changes to their proprietary API schemas.
Liability & Operational Boundaries
To maintain transparency, we explicitly define the limitations of our professional liability. These boundaries ensure that our resources remain focused on high-performance cloud integration rather than administrative legal friction.
Direct Profit Claims
We provide the technical means for data automation; however, we do not offer promises regarding specific revenue outcomes or market performance. All business decisions based on our analytics platforms are the sole responsibility of the user.
Legacy Hardware Maintenance
Our services are optimized for modern cloud architectures. We do not provide onsite physical hardware support or maintenance for end-of-life on-premise server systems.
Data Sanitization Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that data ingested into our systems does not contain unlawful content or unencrypted sensitive personal identifiers that fall outside our designated processing scope.
Statutory Disclosures
Termination
PortaAnatolia Digital reserves the right to suspend access without notice if security breaches or payment failures occur from the client side.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
Amendments
We modify these terms periodically to reflect compliance changes. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify PortaAnatolia Digital against any claims arising from the misuse of integrated data or breach of third-party contracts.
Clarification & Support
If you have specific questions regarding our cloud integration protocols or require a bespoke service level agreement (SLA), our administrative team is available for consultation.
